This application promotes the transparency of information related to the financial support of ordinary and extraordinary federal and state public resources granted by the Federation and the Federal Entities to the State Public Universities (UPES), State Public Universities with Solidarity Support (UPEAS) and Intercultural Universities (Ul) to guarantee its operation in accordance with Article 67 of the General Law of Higher Education section II and VIII.
